On January 1st of 2010 The PA State Police arrested Joshua Thomas Wargo (21) of Lancaster accused for DUI, after his vehicle was stopped for numerous traffic violations which occurred at S. Esbenshad Road & SR 283. Charges will be filed with local magistrate, charging Wargo with DUI and summary traffic offenses.

On December 5th of 2009, The PA State Police investigated an alleged theft inident at the area of SR 230 & South Esbenashade Road (Rapho Twp.) an unkown male arrived at the same location in a red color Chevrolet Pickup truck and proceeded to revmove 15 advertisement signs from the side of the roadway. THe subject signs were advertising liquidation sate at the Bed & Funiture Warehouse, and were orange and black in color. On December 12th of 2009 at 19:30 hours. The PA State Police is investigating a crash at SR 772 at SR 283 (Rapho Twp). Barbara Koch (60) driver of unit two was stopped facing WB on SR 772 at the SR 283 overpass. Matthew Good (39) driver of unit one was traveling WB on SR 772 approaching Koch. Traffice on SR 772 had stopped due to congestion resulting from a crash on SR283. Good did not see Koch's vehicle had stopped. The Front of Good's vehicle hit the rear of Koch's vehicle. Both units were drivable and pulled to the side of the road. Both units were driven from the scene. Good was not injured. Koch had a complaint of a pain and was treated at the scene by Susquehanna Ambluance. Both drivers were wearing seatblets. Matthew Good will recieve a citation.
On December 13th of 2009 at 04:00 -06:00 hours, The State Police at Ephrata investigated a report were unknown subject(s) cut the cord to Christmas lights in the front yard. Anyone with any information is asked to contact PSP Ephrata at 717-721-7667. Investigation is continuing.
On December 13th of 2009 at 00:29 hours, The Pennsylvania State Police Ephrata Barracks initiated a taffic stop of Dwayne D. Hill (33) of Mount Joy for a taffic violation. During the stop, a small amount of marijuana was discovered. Charges were filed throuth Dristict Court 02-3-01.
On December 18th -19th of 2009 unknown actor(s) arrived at 15 Fence Row Lance (Ralpho Twp.) and proceed to force the rear patio door open. Once inside the actor(s) removed custume jewerly and rummaged through clothes in the bedrooms. Actor(s) fled the scence in an unknown manner and direction.
On December 20th of 2009 at 13:09 hours, Unknown actors arrived to 2020 Mount Joy Road (Rapho Twp.) and proceeded to strike the vitim Linda Groff's mailbox with a blunt object. Actor(s) fled the scene in an unknown direction.
